Initiating the digital transition of a sports club to modernize its communication

ASMSE called upon Codaza to design its brand-new showcase website, with the objective of strengthening its online visibility and promoting its numerous disciplines and activities. The association wished to equip itself with a modern, accessible, and intuitive platform, marking a major and structural milestone in its digital transition.
Contexte
Objectifs
To design a digital showcase capable of faithfully reflecting the club's values of sharing and performance, effectively informing current members, and convincing a wider audience (future members and local partners). The challenge was also to considerably simplify the membership process by moving it online.
Solutions
- Create a high-performance showcase website with WordPress. Codaza developed a custom platform that perfectly reflects the association's visual identity and dynamism, while ensuring fluid, modern navigation accessible to all users.

Implement an online registration form. The team integrated an optimized membership module, specifically designed to simplify the user journey and greatly facilitate administrative management and license tracking for club officials.

Develop the association's online visibility. Thanks to a meticulous technical and semantic structure, Codaza has enabled ASMSE to become more visible to its current members, potential future members, and institutional or economic partners in the region.

Centralize and structure information. The interface was organized to provide quick access to club news, training schedules, and events, transforming the site into a true community hub.
Résultats
ASMSE now possesses a modern, scalable communication tool perfectly aligned with its daily needs. This successful digital transition allows the Saint-Étienne athletics club to simplify its membership management while significantly strengthening its image and reach. Today, the association is ideally equipped to attract new talent and sustain its relationships with local partners.
