Define a strong visual identity and digitalize the registration process for a charity race

The organizers of La Stéphanoise called upon Codaza to professionalize the event's image and simplify the participant experience. The project included the complete creation of a modern artistic direction as well as the development of a website capable of managing registration flows and secure payments.

Objectifs
Redesign the graphic identity (logo and brand guidelines) to make it more impactful and recognizable. The objective was also to design a fluid and festive digital interface, making it possible to transform citizen engagement into concrete registrations while simplifying administrative management for ASMSE.

Define an artistic direction and brand guidelines. Codaza created a custom logo and visual universe. This identity reflects energy, femininity, and solidarity, ensuring perfect consistency across all communication materials (web, social media, posters).

Create a modern and immersive website. The site reflects the world of La Stéphanoise: a solidarity-based, sporting, and festive race. The interface was designed to be clear and intuitive, offering a pleasant user experience right from the home page.

Implement an online registration and payment system. Development of a specific e-commerce module allowing participants to register and pay for their race bib in just a few clicks. This system automates data collection and secures transactions.

Optimize registration management for the organizer. The form and associated back-office facilitate administrative procedures, allowing ASMSE to track registration progress in real time and improve operational efficiency.

Strengthen the event's visibility. Thanks to this new digital showcase, Codaza enables La Stéphanoise to shine further, reach a wider audience, and highlight its charitable commitments to partners and runners.
Résultats
La Stéphanoise now has a strong brand image and a high-performance digital tool. The new graphic charter provides a unique and immediately identifiable identity for the race. At the same time, the online booking system has streamlined the participant journey, significantly increasing organizational efficiency and the reach of this major charitable event.
