Building the digital presence and visual identity of a new dental practice

As part of its business launch, the Cabinet dentaire de l’Étoile needed to establish a strong, reassuring and highly professional online presence to make itself known in the local area. The practice turned to Codaza to design and develop its very first showcase website and roll out an effective digital communication strategy capable of attracting its first patients.

Objectives
Co-design a unique, clean visual universe in synergy with the practitioners and an independent graphic designer. The goal was also to structure a user-friendly, smooth website fully adapted to mobile phones, while optimizing it for search engines (SEO) and integrating a direct contact module to simplify appointment booking.

Co-design a clean, modern web design. Codaza worked closely with Dr. Nadège Petit, Dr. Julien Haas and graphic designer Mélusine Sanchez to define the site's visual identity, chosen to highlight the practice's professionalism and warm atmosphere.

Structure an intuitive architecture and navigation. Modeling of a clear, simple site map, with well-structured menus for quick access to key information. The site was developed with responsive design to ensure optimal reading comfort on computer, tablet and smartphone.

Write and optimize content for SEO. Writing of educational, high-quality content focused on general dentistry and orthodontics. Codaza applied all SEO best practices (meta tag optimization, internal linking, heading hierarchy) to position the practice at the top of local Google searches.

Integrate an appointment request form. Implementation of a simple, functional online form on the contact page. This digital tool streamlines the patient journey and saves the medical team valuable time in the daily management of their schedules.
